Our Boatyard is equipped with a 38-ton travelift and we offer competitive dryland rates. We offer lower winter rates for storage from October to February.

Vehicle Parking
You are entitled to one parking pass for each boat you are storing on dryland.
Passes can be obtained from Inlet Marine.
Additonal passes can be purchased at the ticket dispenser located near the marina entrance.
Please do not leave vehicles unattended in the dryland area.
Vehicles obstructing lift operation will be towed at the owner's expense.
Please park your name and the vessels name on your passes so you man be located if your vehicle has to be moved. If a vehicle must be left unattended please move it to a designated parking area. |
Boat Yard Rules:
You must use a drop sheet
- For any scraping, sanding, or stripping of paint.
- Power washing of loose or sloughing paints.
- Grinding of any kind including fiberglassing and metal hulls.
- To contain any debris whatsoever from falling on the blacktop and subsequently entering the storm drain.
- If you have a large job to complete that will require a drop sheet our operator will be happy to assist you in placing the sheet down prior to blocking your vessel.
You must skirt the side of your vessel
- If any grinding or sanding dust or debris are airborne.
- If wind conditions are causing dust or debris to become airborne. This may change day to day with weather conditions.
Safety
- Use caution a boat yard is inherently dangerous place. Be aware equipment such as the Travelift, forklift or heavy trucks moving around in the dry land area.
- Please do not tamper with, or adjust the stands or blocks supporting your boat. We will be happy to move or adjust the stands for you at no charge. If you require access to the area above your keel blocks we can completely re block your vessel at a reasonable cost.
- You must get authorization before entering the travelift trestle area. The trestle is for lift operations only, and may be used for no other purpose.
- We do not oversee the work you are performing on your own vessel. Do not attempt any work that you are not qualified to complete.
- We reserve the right to halt any work practices we deem to be unsafe.
